检测项目
巴氏硬度测试:通过特定压头在标准弹簧力作用下压入材料表面,测量压痕长度并换算为巴氏硬度值,表征材料表层抵抗塑性变形的能力。

耐电弧性试验:模拟高压小电流电弧作用于材料表面,记录直至形成导电通道所需时间,评价材料抗电弧侵蚀的稳定性。
相对介电常数检测:测量材料在电场中存储电能的能力相对于真空的比值,影响电气设备中电场的分布与电容设计。
介质损耗角正切测定:量化绝缘材料在交变电场中能量损耗比例,低损耗值对高频高压设备的热稳定性至关重要。
绝缘电阻测试:在直流电压下测量绝缘系统的总电阻,综合反映体积电阻与表面电阻对泄漏电流的抑制效果。
