压缩承载能力测试是评估材料或结构件在轴向压力作用下抵抗变形和破坏能力的关键技术手段。该测试通过精确控制加载条件,获取材料的屈服强度、抗压强度、弹性模量等核心力学参数,为产品设计、质量控制和安全性评估提供客观数据依据。测试过程需严格遵循相关标准规范。

检测项目
抗压强度测定:测定试样在压缩载荷下直至破坏所能承受的最大应力值,该值是评价材料抵抗压缩变形能力的核心指标。
压缩屈服强度测定:确定材料在压缩过程中发生明显塑性变形时的应力值,对于无明显屈服点的材料采用规定非比例伸长应力来表示。
压缩弹性模量测定:测量材料在弹性变形阶段应力与应变的比值,反映材料抵抗弹性变形的刚度特性。
压缩泊松比测定:测量材料在单向受压时横向应变与轴向应变的绝对值之比,是分析材料多维变形行为的重要参数。
压缩应力-应变曲线绘制:记录从加载开始到试样破坏全过程的应力与应变关系曲线,全面反映材料的压缩力学行为特征。
规定应变下的压缩应力测定:测定材料在达到特定压缩应变值时对应的应力大小,常用于材料性能的比较和设计许用值的确定。
蠕变性能测试:在恒定温度和恒定压缩载荷下,测量材料的变形随时间变化的规律,评估其在长期静载下的尺寸稳定性。
疲劳寿命测试:对试样施加循环压缩载荷,测定其直至发生疲劳破坏所经历的循环次数,评价材料的抗疲劳性能。
